How to quickly connect a new Customer

Procedure:

	Who	What
1	User	Send the connection request to the new External Customer by entering Masters > Links > Add new link and filling in the following fields: Email: e-mail address to which you want to send the connection request. If the Customer to link already has its own KanbanBOX license, the address entered must be the e-mail address of a user with Admin role in the Customer's license. Preferred mail language: the e-mail sent to the Customer will be written in the selected language. It does not need to be selected if the user has already a license in KanbanBOX. You can choose among these languages: - Italian - English - Spanish - German - French - Polish - Chinese Partner to link: search the Customer in partners master with drop-down menu, otherwise add the Customer clicking on the Add new partner button, then fill in the fields provided. Press the button Submit request to send to the partner the e-mail with the connection request.
2	External Customer	After receiving the e-mail, in order to access the Kanban board, accept the connection request by clicking on the button inside the e-mail Accept invitation

Supplier and External Customer are therefore connected. The new Customer now can:

1. view on the Board as customer the kanbans he buys from the specific Supplier;
2. receive an email notification for orders received by the Supplier;
3. print the kanban cards and set them in the states Empty, Released and Full;
4. add a Part number transcoding to the Supplier part number;
5. actively participate in the Kanban loop projects with the Supplier.
