|1||User||Send the connection request to the new External Customer by entering Masters > Links > Add new link and filling in the following fields:
|2||External Customer||After receiving the e-mail, in order to access the Kanban board, accept the connection request by clicking on the button inside the e-mail Accept invitation|
Supplier and External Customer are therefore connected. The new Customer now can:
- view on the Board as customer the kanbans he buys from the specific Supplier;
- receive an email notification for orders received by the Supplier;
- print the kanban cards and set them in the states Empty, Released and Full;
- add a Part number transcoding to the Supplier part number;
- actively participate in the Kanban loop projects with the Supplier.
