Can the required date be modified?
Answer
No, the Required date of a kanban card cannot be modified.
If the supplier needs to indicate a different delivery date, they can use the Negotiation feature to propose an alternative Confirmed date. This proposal must be approved by the customer before taking effect.
To modify the Confirmed date, the supplier must:
1. Open the card pop-up and access the Negotiation tab.
2. Submit a proposal for the date change.
3. Wait for customer approval.
The customer can approve or reject the proposal directly from the dedicated table, by navigating to:
Kanban boards >
Negotiation >
Open Negotiations.
Exception: The Required date can only be modified for extra cards using the Negotiation feature.
