How to configure your email notification preferences

- Go to
Settings >
Notification settings.
-
Here, you can separately choose for which events you want to receive an email notification:
-
In the tab Customers you want to follow, you can select:
- a customer
- an event (change of status, new comment, card block, out of stock, etc.)
in order to receive an email notification every time that specific event occurs for a card involving the selected customer.
-
In the tab Suppliers you want to follow, you can select:
- a supplier
- an event (change of status, new comment, card block, out of stock, etc.)
in order to receive an email notification every time that specific event occurs for a card involving the selected customer.
-
In the tab Loops for which you are manager, you can select an event (change of status, new comment, card block, out of stock, etc.) in order to receive an email notification every time that event occurs for a card belonging to a loop for which you are the manager.
-
-
Click on the icon to enable the email notifications for the corresponding event (the icon will change color and the background will turn green
).
- The edits are saved automatically.
You can modify your notification preferences by simply turning on or off the event icons in this page.
In general:
-
If you are a supplier, you can turn on the
On set as released event for every customer of interest to receive an email notification for a new order from the same customers.
-
If you are a customer, you can turn on the
On set as in process event to receive an email notification when the suppliers take charge of the orders or, according to your needs, the
On set as in transit status to receive an email notification as a confirmation of the shipment.
