What’s an email notification?
In KanbanBOX is possible to set an email alert when one or more kanban cards change status.
How to set email notification for another user
This can be done only by administrators ("admin" role) and planner users ("plan" role).
Procedure:
- Go to
Master data >
Partners >
Partners list.
- Select or filter the partner for which you want to receive the email notification and click on
Edit Partner.
- Under Notification settings choose:
- Users who follow this supplier: if the partner is a supplier.
- Users who follow this customer: if partner is a customer.
- Both: if the partner is both a supplier and a customer.
- Click on Click to edit: a tab will appear where
- the rows will display the users who will receive the email notifications;
- the columns will display the icons representing the events triggering the notification.
- Click on the icons of interest

- The icon will become green
and the email notification will be active.
You can always modify the notification settings by selecting or deselecting the event icons in this page.
