To whom is the notification of the insertion of a comment in a card sent?

Answer

The notification of adding a comment to a Kanban card is sent to:

• Users who have enabled the On new comment notification for one of the two linked partners;
• Users who have activated at least one notification for one of the two linked partners (regardless of the activated status);
• The Kanban loop Manager user. The Kanban loop Manager defaults to the user who created the loop and it can be modified;
• If there are previous comments on the card, the authors of those comments are also notified.
