It is possible to customize the card template for a Worklist to make it different from the kanban cards template.

The procedure you need to follow is the following:

Click on Settings > Company settings.
Set Enable specific print layout for worklists on Yes.
Once you activate it, in Print > Template List choose the template whose layout you want to modify for the Worklist and enter in Edit front.
