How to print multiple cards together, without having to select each single card from the board?

Answer

It is possible to send multiple cards to the print queue at the same time, without having to click on the print icon of each single card on the board.

The procedure you need to follow is the following:

1. From the menu Print, click on Print queue.
2. In the new page Print kanban cards there are two tables: Kanban board and Print queue.
   In the tab Kanban board there are all the cards that are present on the board. In the tab Print queue there are all the cards that are present in the print queue.
3. Filter all the cards to be printed in the Kanban board tab (e.g. the status of the cards to be printed, the supplier, location, etc.)
4. Click on the top right icon in the tab Add all visible kanban cards to the printing queue. The cards are summarized in the Print queue tab.
5. Print the created queue by clicking on Print in the top center box.

As an alternative to the print queue, you can create worklists (you can find the guide at the link Create and update a worklist).
