Why some menus on KanbanBOX are not visible?
Answer
Some KanbanBOX modules (i.e., the advanced modules Documents, Sequencer, Heijunka, etc.) are disabled by default. To activate them, you simply need to go to Settings > Company Settings, search for the section related to the module you wish to activate and change the setting from Default - No to Yes.
Please be aware that activating additional modules may have an impact on the cost of the KanbanBOX license, as already specified in the corresponding sections.
In particular, for the Heijunka and Sequencer modules you would need to contact our sales team first: you can send a request to KanbanBOX Support, specifying which module you would like to activate in your license.
