How are the loops ordered inside the board?

The loops with cards in the status New are shown first, ordered to show first the cards with the least recent Creation Date.

Following, in order, the loops with cards in the status Empty, Batching, Released, In process, Done, In transit and Full.

The loops with cards in the status Released are shown first, showing in the highest section the cards with the exceeded Requested date and afterwards the cards with the most recent Requested date.
