Once the workflow is configured, it is necessary to set the event that will trigger the workflow, configuring a Workflow trigger.
How to configure a Workflow trigger
Procedure:
- Go to
Settings >
Workflow. - Go to the Workflow triggers page and create a new workflow trigger by clicking on
Add trigger at the top right of the table. - Fill in these fields:

| Workflow name | Select the previously created workflow from the dropdown menu. |
| Involved actor | Select:

| Event | Select the event that will trigger the workflow. Available events:
|
| Filter | Select from the dropdown menu a filter previously created in the KanbanBOX board. The workflow will be applied only to the kanban cards that belong to the selected filter. |
| Status | Select Active or Disabled whether you want to activate or disable the workflow trigger. |
How to edit a workflow trigger
Procedure:
- Go to
Settings >
Workflow. - Go to the Workflow triggers page and search for the trigger to edit: on the corresponding row, click on
Edit workflow trigger. - Edit the workflow trigger according to your needs.
- Click on
Save.
How to delete a workflow trigger
Procedure:
- Go to
Settings >
Workflow. - Go to the Workflow triggers page and search for the trigger to delete: on the corresponding row, click on
Delete row. - Click on
Confirm to delete the workflow trigger.
