KanbanBOX registers the time between the set Released declaration and the set Full declaration. Therefore, the lead time calculation is based on declarations done by the customer warehouse or the customer supermarket, and it is saved in the kanban loop statistics.
The graph Average delivery lead time shows, in every historical moment:
- the average number of working days that the customer waited to receive the kanban to replenish.
- the ability of the supplier to have a costant delivery lead time;
- the reliability of the supplier to always delivery within the estabilished times.
It's possible to change the analysis time frame by setting a Begin date, an End Date and clicking on Update.
It is possible to group data by intervals:
- Day: registered average lead times are grouped by different days;
- Week: registered average lead times are grouped by different weeks;
- Month: registered average lead times are grouped by different months;
- Quarter: registered average lead times are grouped by different quarters, starting from January;
- Year: registered average lead times are grouped by different years.
By clicking on the tab Data, it's possible to view the average lead time in the same time frame and pull out data into an Excel Spreadsheet.
