|1||User||Send the connection request to the new Supplier by entering Masters > Links > Add new link and filling in the following fields:
|2||Supplier||After receiving the e-mail, in order to access the Kanban board, accept the connection request by clicking on the button inside the e-mail Accept invitation.|
Customer and Supplier are therefore connected. The Supplier now can:
- view on the Board as supplier the kanbans of the Customer that concern him;
- receive an email notification when the Customer set an order. For the user that has accepted the link, e-mail notifications for kanban cards released by the Customer are automatically activated;
- print the kanban cards and set them in the states In process, Done and In transit;
- add a Part number transcoding from the Customer part number;
- actively participate in the Kanban loop projects with the Customer.
