What an external customer/supplier can do or visualize

The users in the linked license visualize in the KanbanBOX board the loops in which they are involved, and they can perform some actions.
In the next paragraphs are listed the parts of the application that a user in a linked license can see, the actions he can perform, and the parts a user can't see and the actions he can't perform.

What a linked supplier or customer can do

  • Create an unlimited number of users
  • Configure the homepage for the users
  • Set Email notifications for the users of the license

  • Create part numbers and add the part number transcoding in the loops he is involved
  • Create internal partners and insert them in the loops as internal suppliers (or customers)

    Board
  • Visualize the Board as planner and the Board as supplier (or the Board as customer)
  • Visualize the board as table
  • Create and save filters on the kanban board
  • Block all the cards of a loop

    • For customers:
  • Add Synchro and Excess cards

    Card
  • Print Kanban cards
  • Add comments to the kanban cards
  • Add a Card note to the card
  • Set the card as Blocked, Out of stock or Urgent

    • For suppliers:
  • Change Kanban card statuses to In process, Done and In transit
  • Edit the quantity when a card is In process, Done or In transit
  • Edit the Order number for supplier, the Supplier lot number and the Picking location
  • Add or edit the Expiration date

    • For customers:
  • Change Kanban card statuses to Released and Full
  • Edit the quantity when a card is Released or Full
  • Edit the Order number for customer, the Customer lot number and the Card reference
  • Add or edit the Expiration date
