How to Activate Documents

Procedure:

1. Go to Settings > Company settings.
2. Scroll to the section Documents
3. In the field Enable Documents module select "Yes". The activation of this module can affect the subscription cost.

How to search a delivery note

This page is useful to open a document given a kanban card contained in a row of the document.

1. To reach the page click in order: Documents > Search document
2. Enter the unique card ID manually or by scanning

On click of the “Search” button will be shown the details page of the most recent document containing the scanned kanban card.

See all delivery notes

To get a list of all the documents click on order: Documents > Documents list > All the documents.

A table is shown with all the documents managed in KanbanBOX and their status.
