In this section, it is possible to monitor the mobile devices associated with a KanbanBOX license and consult the access history of all users, both from the mobile app and the web interface.
The following information is available:
- User device management (only visible to Admin users);
- User access log (only visible to Admin users);
- Device management.
User device management
This section is visible and manageable only by users with Admin permissions.
To access this section, go to
Master data >
Users >
User device management.
This page displays the list of all mobile devices associated with the current license.
- To add a device: to add a new device to the list, simply install the KanbanBOX mobile application on the device and log in using an active license user's credentials.
- To remove a device: by clicking the
Delete button, the user on that mobile device will be automatically logged out. To use the app again on that device, a new login will be required.
User access log
This section is visible and manageable only by users with Admin permissions.

User access log.
This screen collects the complete log of logins performed by all users of the license. The system tracks every login attempt from any interface:
- Access via Web interface (browser).
- Access via Mobile devices (iOS or Android App).
- Unsuccessful login attemp (rejected).
Device management (Personal)
To access this section, go to
Settings > Device management.
In this section, each user can view the list of mobile devices that have been used to log in with the current account. This is useful for monitoring active sessions and verifying which terminals are configured with a personal profile.
