User with multiplant visibility

What is multiplant?

The Multiplant function allows a KanbanBOX user to gain visibility on multiple licenses, or more plants, belonging to his own company.

Since it is not possible to create multiple users with the same e-mail address, the multiplant gives a user the possibility to manage more plants from his account, linked to his company e-mail.

The function is very useful for Admin or Plan users (plant or project managers, purchasing managers, etc.) who need to manage the orders of several plants, moving quickly from one plant to another one thanks to a link in the personal account, clearly visible under the KanbanBOX logo, top left.

The activation of the function must be required to the KanbanBOX help desk, it's free of charge and requires a precise indication of:

1. Username and E-mail to which to give visibility (in Settings > User settings);
2. Company name and Plant name on which to activate the multiplant (in Settings > Company settings).

Once activated, you can access the other license plants:

1. from Settings > Change plant, by clicking on the blue arrow to select the plant on which to operate ;
2. from the link Plant under the KanbanBOX logo, top left. Please note, by accessing this link, you must click on (Exit) before being able to access another plant.
