What is the Multiprocess relation import?
Through the form Import Multiprocess Relations, it's possible to massively load a large number of multiprocess relations in KanbanBOX.
How to import new multiprocess relations
Procedure:
- Get in
Master data >
Import>
Multiprocess Relations; - In the page Import multiprocess relations click on import_multiprocess_template.xlsx
in the field Download Excel template; - The empty Excel file is automatically downloaded: here you can enter the new relations;
- Open the Excel file import_multiprocess.xlsx;
- The first sheet Help shows a brief guide on how to compile the file. To insert the relations, click on the second sheet Multiprocess;
- Fill in all the data (see details below, in the compilation guide);
- Save the Excel file (keeping the name import_multiprocess.xlsx is not mandatory);
- Re-enter KanbanBOX in
Masters >
Import>
Multiprocess Relations; - In the field Excel file for multiprocess relations, click on Choose file;
- Search for and select the file saved in point 7;
- Click on Open;
- The file is now selected and loaded into the space provided. Then click on
Import multiprocess relations; -
After validating the rows, you must confirm that you want to proceed with importing the validated rows, as always required. In the new screen, the data entered in the Excel will be re-proposed.
Pay particular attention to the last two columns:Field Description Errors If the import causes an error, the line will be placed at the top of the relations list and will not be imported to the system. It is possible to know the reason for the error in this column. Action The possible actions are two:Add new: a new multiprocess relation is added.
Discard: the relation is not imported due to an error.Caution: for each parent loop in the import file, all current relations will be deleted and replaced with the new ones. Make sure that, for each parent loop in the import file, the file contains all its relations.

Click on
Import data in KanbanBOX. The import process will continue in the background, if necessary.
You can close or switch pages, navigate through the app, and continue with other tasks. Once completed, a confirmation message will be displayed. The data will now be entered into the Multiprocess kanbans.
The history of multiprocess imports is availbale in the
Import history table (

Import history).
How to update multiprocess relations through import
Procedure:
- Get in
Kanbans >
Multiprocess kanban; - In the table, filter the partners you want to update;
- Click on the icon in the table menu
Export, edit and import multiprocess relations; - The file import_multiproceso.xlsx is downloaded automatically: it contains all the relations filtered in the table Multiprocess kanbans;
- Open the Excel file import_multiprocess.xlsx;
- The first sheet Help shows a brief guide on how to compile the file. To modify the relations, click on the second sheet Multiprocess;
- Edit the file and save it (keeping the name import_multiprocess.xlsx is not mandatory);
- Go back to KanbanBOX in
Master data >
Import>
Multiprocess Relations; - In the field Excel file for multiprocess relations click on Choose file;
- Search for and select the file saved in step 7;
- Click on Open;
- The file is now selected and loaded into the space provided. Then click on
Import multiprocess relations; -

For each completed line, a new multiprocess relation will be added to the table Multiprocess kanban. When compiling, follow these rules:
- Do not change the name of the sheet Multiprocess or it will not be considered during the import;
- Do not change the name of the fields or the data will not be considered during the import;
- Additional sheets will not be considered during import;
- Additional columns will not be considered during import;
- Any missing columns will be considered as invalid values;
- The cells of the columns cannot contain formulas.
